Privacy notice
This page explains what the ListenerLoop website collects and why. It covers this website only, not the dashboards that people run for their own podcasts.
What we collect
- Waitlist: your email address and, if you give it, your name.
- Beta application: your name, email, podcast name, website or feed address, typical audience size, how you would like to run ListenerLoop, and anything you write in the notes box.
- Demo widget: if you leave a message on the live demo, we receive the recording and the name you type. Treat it as public: the team may listen to it and play it in demos. Please do not record anything private.
How we use it
We use your details to contact you about ListenerLoop, such as telling you when the hosted service opens or following up on a beta application. We do not sell your information and we do not send it to advertisers.
Who handles it
- Cloudflare hosts this website and stores form submissions in its database. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that submissions come from people, not bots.
- Resend sends us a notification email for each submission.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Cloudflare Turnstile and the demo widget may use technical storage needed to do their job.
How long we keep it
Waitlist and beta details are kept until the hosted service has launched and the beta has finished, or until you ask us to delete them. Demo recordings are deleted regularly.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time by writing to hello@listenerloop.app.
